Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped. After purchase, files are made available via download. Customers are responsible for ensuring their devices and software can open PDF files. Access to download links may be time-limited. Customers are responsible for saving and backing up purchased files.

License & Use

All materials are protected by copyright and owned by Ayumi Education, LLC. Each purchase includes a non-transferable license for personal use or classroom use by one educator.

License Limitations

This license allows use by one household or one educator only. Use by multiple teachers, multiple classrooms, schools, childcare centers, or organizations requires a separate license per educator or location.

The files may not be:

• resold or redistributed
• shared with others
• uploaded to learning management systems (including Google Classroom, Canvas, or Moodle)
• stored on shared drives
• used for paid workshops, courses, or commercial training

Intellectual Property

All content, illustrations, designs, and materials remain the exclusive property of Ayumi Education, LLC. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership.

Limitation of Liability

All materials are provided “as is.” Ayumi Education, LLC is not responsible for misuse, printing issues, software compatibility problems, or technical issues outside our control.

Governing Law
