After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link to your files. There is no physical shipping involved.

After your purchase you receive an email with a link to your downloads. You can return to that link any time — each download is freshly generated and kept short-lived for security, so just open the link again whenever you need the files.

The file is provided as a ZIP folder. Inside the ZIP file, you will find the PDF files organized in folders by format (Product, US and DIN). This helps you quickly find the files you need and choose the correct format for printing.

All materials are provided as PDF files. PDFs preserve layout, colors, and proportions, ensuring consistent results across different devices and printers.

Poster formats are prepared in standard print sizes used for wall display or reference work.

Card formats are designed specifically for Montessori materials, such as 3-part cards, with layouts prepared for cutting and clear, consistent use.

You can choose to print only the formats you need, either at home or through a print service.

Each download includes the files organized by format. Choose “US Letter” if you print on US Letter paper (common in the US and Canada), or “A4 / DIN” for A4 paper (common in Europe and most other regions).

The “Product” folder contains the material at its intended design size, for items that aren’t tied to a paper format.

When printing, set your printer to “Actual size” or 100% scale — not “Fit to page” — so proportions and any cutting guides stay accurate.

You can print the files at home using a standard printer, or have them printed professionally.

For print shops, download the files and save them to a USB drive, or upload them directly to the print shop's online system. Most print shops accept PDF files in both ways.

For the best results, print cards and posters on heavier paper or cardstock, and consider laminating frequently-handled materials such as 3-part cards.

The layouts are prepared for clean printing without additional adjustments.

If your download link does not work or you experience any issues, please first check your email inbox and spam folder.

If the problem continues, contact us with your order number. We will help you regain access to your files as quickly as possible.

Open the download link from your order email any time. If you can’t find the email, you have two options.

Create an account using the same email you checked out with — your past orders and their downloads then appear in your account automatically, available any time.

Or simply contact us with your order number and we’ll send you a fresh link.

Your purchase is licensed for personal, family, or single-classroom use. You may print the files as many times as you need for your own home or classroom.

Please do not resell, share, or redistribute the files or the download link. The materials remain the intellectual property of Alo & Luma.

If you’d like to use the materials across a whole school or for commercial purposes, contact us — we’re glad to help with the right license.

Because our products are instant digital downloads, they are generally non-refundable once the files have been downloaded. Please review the product details before purchasing.
